It is most often available in several materials. The back and front of the vest are sometimes broken down, washed khaki military canvas, checked tweed, waxed cotton canvas, or selvedge denim canvas. Cotton lining for comfort.
Closure with 5 aged brass buttons. 2 lower patch pockets with flap, 1 patch chest pocket with flap on the left side, closed with aged brass buttons in eyelet buttonholes.
2 adjustable tightening tabs buttoned on each side.
