Delivery zones

We currently deliver to Europe, throughout the European Union, and to North America, Japan, and South Korea.
For any delivery requests outside these areas, please contact us beforehand via e-shop@tontonetfils.fr

Processing and shipping times

Orders are processed within 8 business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen at the time of ordering.
Please note that the indicated times are estimates and may vary in the event of high activity or exceptional circumstances (e.g. strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

Delivery methods

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Colissimo, ACL, GLS, DPD, MONDIAL RELAY: home delivery or to a relay point.

• Another option is DHL, UPS, Chronopost, but only on request and prior quote request.
  

The costs and delivery times associated with each delivery method are indicated when placing the order.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process, based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the chosen delivery method.
Free delivery is offered for orders over 150 euros purchase price for shipments within France, for the rest of Europe the flat rate delivery fee is 20.00 euros up to 5 kilos.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package in real time.

Receiving and checking packages

Upon receiving your order, we invite you to check the condition of the package and its contents.
In case of damage or missing product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, attaching photos to your claim if possible.

Delays and losses

In the event of a delivery delay or loss of the package by the carrier, we undertake to open an investigation and keep you informed of the progress.
If the package is declared lost, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund according to your choice.
