Exchange and return
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF ITEMS
In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise:
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Tonton et Fils SAS has a 14 working day return policy for all orders placed in France and EU countries: any unwanted item, within the limit of two (2) items maximum per order , must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.
In the event of an exchange, the company Tonton et Fils SAS supports one ( 1) single return coupon per order .
A return coupon will be sent to you upon request by e-mail or postal mail.

READ CAREFULLY
In the event of an exchange: Tonton et Fils SAS is responsible for the costs of returning the new product. PLEASE NOTE that Tonton et Fils SAS only takes responsibility for ONE EXCHANGE.
In the event of a refund: Tonton et Fils SAS DOES NOT cover the costs of returning the products. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Discounted or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN YOUR ITEMS
- Place your item in the Tonton et Fils packaging and in its original cardboard box or any other solid cardboard box.
- Request your return numbers by email: e-shop@tontonetfils.fr
- Place your product in a box.
- Write the return number on the package
- Close the box with adhesive tape.
- Items must be returned to the following address:
FRANCE
Items ordered are exchangeable only in a different size/color. Exchanges are made according to available stocks and are reshipped free of charge for 1 ONLY return. If another reference interests you, simply return your item which will be refunded to you and order the new reference separately on our e-shop.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the cardholder's credit card or by bank transfer. We refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that a reduction in reimbursement may be made if we consider that the value of the items has decreased following fittings resulting in damage (stains, deformation, damaged seams, holes).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.
If the item is reported as defective and/or was received damaged, you must contact our after-sales service within 7 days of receipt: e-shop@tontonetfils.fr
Items returned used, incomplete (in particular, in the case of missing accessories), damaged, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
Orders outside Europe are firm and cannot be returned or exchanged.
