EXCHANGE AND RETURN

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF ITEMS

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which he/she may exercise:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ARSENAL VINTAGE SAS has a 14 working day return policy for all orders placed in France and EU countries: any unwanted item, up to a maximum of two (2) items per order , must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.

In case of exchange, ARSENAL VINTAGE SAS will cover one ( 1) single return coupon per order .
A return coupon will be sent to you upon your request by email or postal mail.

READ CAREFULLY

In case of exchange: Tonton et Fils SAS will cover the return shipping costs for the new product. PLEASE NOTE: Tonton et Fils SAS will only cover ONE EXCHANGE.

In the event of a refund: ARSENAL VINTAGE SAS does NOT cover the cost of reshipping the products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of a return or exchange for discounted or sale items, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Caps and socks are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

RETURN YOUR ITEMS

• Place your item in the Tonton et Fils packaging and in its original carton or any other sturdy cardboard box.
• Request your return numbers by email: e-shop@tontonetfils.fr
• Place your product in a cardboard box.
• Write the return number on the package
• Seal the box with adhesive tape.
• The items must be returned to the following address:

Ordered items are exchangeable only for a different size/color. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are reshipped free of charge for ONE return only. If you are interested in a different item, simply return your original item for a full refund and order the new item separately from our online store.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the cardholder's bank card or issued via bank transfer. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that a reduction in the refund may be applied if we determine that the value of the items has decreased due to wear and tear resulting in damage (stains, distortion, damaged stitching, holes).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.
If the item is reported as defective and/or was received damaged, you must contact our after-sales service within 7 days of receipt: e-shop@tontonetfils.fr

Items returned used, incomplete (in particular, in the case of missing accessories), damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.

Orders outside Europe are final; they cannot be returned or exchanged.
